Policies and Regulations

 

Floor length Tablecloths, overlays or table runners, skirting, candles, flowers, balloons and room decorating are available: additional costs apply

 

Wedding and Anniversary Cakes can be arranged starting at $195.00.

Cost of catering per person will be adjusted if cake is used for dessert.

 

A $ 15.00 per table bottle Corkage Fee will be charged for wine supplied by organizers and can only be used by said terms of mangement. Upon approval of the AGCO, (Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario).

Liquor License available until 1am

Professional Bartenders available - $20.00 per hour.

Set-up and or Clean-up fees may apply in some occasions

Transportation administration and or consultation fees may apply.

 

A 40% deposit required upon confirmation.

A 3% Administration fee will apply to final bills when paid by any credit card.

Final number counts required 48 hours prior to the event.

 

Cancellation

90 days prior full refund of deposit
30-90 days prior, 60% of deposit
30 days or less, no refund

 

Full payement Due on the date of Event.
